By booking a stay or using this website, you agree to the terms below. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you book — we would rather explain it than have it surprise you later.

Bookings and payment. A booking is confirmed once your deposit (or full payment, where required) is received and processed. Rates are quoted in the currency shown at checkout and include the taxes and charges displayed at that time.

Cancellations. Cancellation terms vary by rate plan and are shown before you confirm your booking. Where a rate is described as free-cancellation, cancelling within the stated window returns any amount paid in full.

Check-in and check-out. Rooms are available from 14:00 and should be vacated by 12:00 unless a late check-out has been arranged in advance, subject to availability.

Conduct. We ask guests to treat staff, other guests and the property with respect. We reserve the right to end a stay without refund in cases of serious misconduct or damage to the property.

Liability. We take reasonable care to keep the property and its facilities safe, but we are not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property except where caused by our negligence.
